A Casamara Club special presentation featuring Chef Jon Kung...
When Chef Jon Kung told us he'd dreamed up a new kind of botanical leisure soda — something to drink with spicy food — we invited him into our kitchen to make it real.
Jon's talent for crafting unique spice blends melded with our own process for making botanically driven sodas, and together we created the "Sunshine Spritz."
From real botanicals, we brought together just the right amount of coriander, lemongrass, and allspice, with hints of Sichuan peppercorn and cardamom.
The end result is a perfect palate cleanser and drink pairing for big flavors, and (of course) spicy food.
We can't wait to share it with you.
