Shipping policy
We are a small producer and our mission is to get our drinks to you as quickly as possible. With that said, there are limitations to what we can do. Here are a few:
1. Shipping Location. We are based in Detroit, but after about a year of packing and shipping every order ourselves, we decided to outsource to a couple of strategically located spots. We now ship most orders from third party fulfillment centers in Pennsylvania and Idaho.
2. Processing Times. In normal times, please be prepared to wait 1-2 business days for processing, plus 1-5 business days for shipping to receive your order. This timeframe is a guideline and doesn't guarantee an arrival time. The best way to find out when your order will arrive is via the tracking information that will be emailed to you shortly after your package has shipped. Shipping charges are based on the distance and weight of the shipment.
3. Shipping Methods. We ship orders via UPS and FedEx. If your order requires a different shipping method (e.g., expedited shipping or delivery to PO Box), please contact us directly at orders@casamaraclub.com and we'll see what we can do.
4. Cold Weather. Many people smarter than us have tried to protect beverages from freezing during the coldest months, and all of them have failed. We cannot guarantee products against freezing damage caused by UPS or FedEx, but if your order does freeze in transit we are happy to refund you or reship your order. If this happens, please contact us directly at orders@casamaraclub.com so that we can help.
5. Contact. If you have an issue with your order, please email orders@casamaraclub.com with your order number (or respond directly to your Order Confirmation email) and you'll be connected directly with our director of sales/operations, Jenny, who will help take care of you. (They're the best.)
RETURNED Packages and RE-ROUTES:
1. If your package is RETURNED to us and you want your package re-sent, you will be required to pay a $20 return fee + a new shipping charge. Contact us directly at orders@casamaraclub.com to coordinate the re-ship. We are not made aware of returns until they reach our warehouse, and this may not happen for a week or more after your last failed delivery attempt. You can also opt to get a refund on your shipment minus the carrier return fee and the actual shipping fee we paid.
Please note that while we charge a fee for shipping, actual shipping fees are significantly higher.
2. If you gave us an incorrect address, you caught it right away, and you need a transit RE-ROUTE, please contact us. There is a $17.00 charge per package for re-routes incomplete or incorrect addresses given if a re-route of the package is required. Re-routes can happen only while the package is still in transit.
