Aperitivo
· 5 reviews, average rating out of 5A full-flavored, bittersweet non-alcoholic cocktail. More refreshing than a Negroni, more flavor than a spritz. Chinotto and red currant up front, vanilla and clove through the middle, kola nut and orris root on the finish.

Serve cold. Everything else is optional.
We prefer to enjoy the cans as-is, but we sometimes suggest pouring a bit into small, unfussy glassware. We especially like a highball, low tumbler, or Picardie.
Let the aromatics bloom as the temperature rises, and keep the can close so you can top off or share as you go.
Aperitivo Highball
Start with your spirit of choice and ice at the bottom of your favorite small, unfussy glassware. Pour the Aperitivo down the wall of the glass, not directly over the ice.
Superclasico comes in 8oz cans only, and they will do just fine. Garnish with an orange wheel. If your whiskey and soda is getting boring, use Superclasico in place of soda water or cola.
We think the Aperitivo mixes particularly well with bourbon whiskey, dry gin, or aged rum.
Upgraded Spritz
2 oz Campari · Superclasico, to top
Garnish: orange wheel half, cocktail cherry
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the Campari, top with Superclasico, and stir gently.
Breakfast Cocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
2 oz fresh orange juice · Superclasico, to top
Add orange juice to a champagne flute without ice, or Collins glass with ice. Pour Superclasico over top.
Optional: for a touch of alcohol and some striking visual appeal, add ¼ oz of Campari to the glass before the orange juice.
Superclasico is full-flavored and bittersweet, and pairs like a chilled red wine or bitter spritz. We have yet to find a pairing that doesn't work. However, we find it goes especially well with French bistro dishes, General Tso's chicken, and anything rich and flavorful.
