Italian Style Botanical Soda

A Torino sidewalk café at dusk. Aperitivo hour in full swing.

Classic aperitivo aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of a Negroni—pink citrus bite, warm fruity spice—with the crisp, refreshing character of a sparkling wine. Explore our other flavors →

A seaside village square at golden hour
Mandarin oranges ripening on the branch
A peeled tangerine on a stone windowsill

Serve cold. Everything else is optional.

We prefer to enjoy the cans as-is, but the bottles are carbonated a bit higher so we sometimes suggest pouring a bit into small, unfussy glassware. We especially like a highball, low tumbler, or Picardie.

Let the aromatics bloom as the temperature rises, and keep the bottle close so you can top off or share as you go.
