I see casamara club a lot around the city of Detroit either in coffee shops or as a really great popular alcohol free option at bars. Whenever Im actively sober Its nice to purchase the variety pack to distract myself from wanting a beer or seltzer at night while watching t.v. All of them are easy to drink and give a really interesting take on the herbal and natural fruit flavors of amaro that I really love. (The como is light and minty and its really refreshing at any time of the day, its my recommendation.)

Italian-style botanical soda with the flavor profile of a Negroni—pink citrus bite, warm fruity spice—but the crisp, refreshing character of a dry sparkling wine.
Chinotto from the Calabrian coast, juniper berry, orris root, mandarin orange, allspice berry, clove bud, anise—each extracted separately, then blended with lemon juice and Demerara cane sugar (pressed directly from sugar cane to retain its molasses character and subtle mineral notes) at 4g per bottle. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish and enhances citrus notes.
Balanced acidity cuts through rich dishes, cleanses the palate, doesn't compete with what's on the plate. Like a Torino sidewalk café at dusk—bright bitter citrus, the warmth of spice, aperitivo hour in full swing.
Serve cold. Glass and garnish optional.
