Our Story
Casamara Club was established in 2018 in Detroit, Michigan.
Erica Johnson and Jason LaValla started Casamara Club to make non-alcoholic drinks they would actually want to drink.
Each botanicl—chinotto, gentian root, juniper, orris—is extracted separately, then blended with real sugar into balanced formulas. Recipes are developed for chefs and bartenders who understand how drinks work with food: dry enough to pair, complex enough to stand alone.
The result: placement on some of the most influential menus in the country, from Michelin-starred restaurants to neighborhood wine bars.
