Our Story
Erica Johnson and Jason LaValla founded Casamara Club to make non-alcoholic drinks they could enjoy for their taste and complexity, not as a compromise.
Each recipe is developed in their kitchens—sourcing botanicals, extracting each separately, blending into balanced formulas. They test with chefs and bartenders who understand how drinks should work with food.
Their work has earned critical acclaim and industry awards. More importantly, placement on some of the most influential menus in the country.
Casamara Club is based in Detroit, Michigan.
