Where do you ship?

Casamara Club is currently shipping to all 50 states in the US.

How much is shipping?

Unlike larger online retailers, all of our shipments come from the same, small warehouse. We cover most of the cost of shipping for everyone, but to keep our pricing fair, we add a shipping charge to cover a portion of what it costs us to ship to you.

When will my order arrive?

We're a small company doing our best to fulfill high demand. During normal times, we can usually get shipments out the door in 1-2 business days. This may take a bit longer during peak times (e.g., around the holidays), and lately as our warehouse partners take extra precautions to keep their staff safe.

Once your order has left our warehouse, transit times vary by location.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use to follow your order until it is delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please email yourfriends@casamaraclub.com with "Change My Order" and your Order Number in the subject line, along with a clear description of what needs to be changed. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

What is your return policy?

We are not able to accept returns at this time.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives after being damaged in transit, please reach out to yourfriends@casamaraclub.com within 14 days of receiving the package, and attach a photo showing the damage. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded. However, due to UPS's policies we cannot guarantee refunds after 14 days.

My order never arrived. What do I do?

Email us at yourfriends@casamaraclub.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.
UPS Ground doesn't work for me. Can you ship via another method? 

If you are unable to accept deliveries via UPS Ground (e.g., if you would like to use a PO Box), please email us at yourfriends@casamaraclub.com and we'll see what we can do!

If you're a current subscriber but are unable to login or reset your password, the most common issue is that you haven't created an account yet. You can do that here.

What is a leisure soda?

Our non-alcoholic amaro club sodas are a new kind of beverage that we call leisure soda. A leisure soda is a carbonated soft drink that's more like a flavored seltzer in terms of calories, sugar, and refreshment, and more like a good cocktail in terms of flavor and complexity.

What is amaro?

Amaro is a kind of Italian liqueur made from all sorts of botanicals, including citrus peels, herbs, roots, and spices. We call our drinks amaro club sodas because we take flavor inspiration from amaro to make a much lighter, less intense, and totally non-alcoholic version.

Does Casamara Club contain alcohol?

No. Casamara Club's flavors are inspired by Italian amaro and mixology, but our amaro club sodas are totally non-alcoholic.

Does Casamara Club help with hangovers?

While plenty of folks have told us that our soft drinks can help with a hangover, there isn't enough evidence to say for sure. The only way we can truly guarantee you won't get a hangover is if you drink our amaro club sodas instead of alcohol :)

Why do you use extracts instead of natural flavors?

We only use pure botanical extracts, because we don't like the way natural flavors are produced and labeled in the US.

Let's say your favorite grapefruit flavored seltzer has "natural flavor" (or even "natural grapefruit flavor") listed in the ingredients. The producer has to put some real grapefruit extract in there, sure. But that grapefruit extract can also be cut with dozens of other chemical compounds to make the end result cheaper and more consistent, and to make you crave more of it. As long as those compounds are derived from plants, meat, dairy, seafood, or anything else from nature, all they have to put on the label is "natural flavor."

Does using botanical extracts instead of natural flavors/essences make your product less consistent?

Yes, it can! We're proud of the fact that each of our botanical extracts may taste a bit different each time we produce it, based on all sorts of natural and agricultural forces that are totally outside of our control.

Producers of natural flavors control for variation by using whatever is cheap to maintain a consistent flavor profile. But that just seems boring.

Why do you add sugar/honey to your drinks?

Because it tastes good! Whether it's aspartame, stevia, or monkfruit, sugar-free sweeteners have never tasted that great to us. Sweetening with fruit juice alone can be delicious, but we've found that the flavor of the juice itself gets in the way of some of the subtler botanical notes we want to highlight.

We think a few grams of real sugar or honey is a much cleaner (and more delicious!) way to add depth of flavor to the botanicals we're playing with.

How should I store your drinks?

While we prefer to drink them cold, you can store our soft drinks at room temperature.

Can I mix Casamara Club with alcohol?

Sure! We make our soft drinks to be enjoyed on their own, but we've had plenty of fun using them as mixers. Check out the Recipes page for some inspiration!

If there is a wholesaler servicing your area, but you can't find us, get in touch with them and let them know where you want to see it! (If you ask nice, they may be able to help you find it or special order a case to one of your favorites.)

If we are not available through a local wholesaler, we can ship wholesale direct to bars, shops, and restaurants through Faire.

Who's in charge here?



Jason LaValla is the Founder and Club President. He developed the original recipes, and these days mostly handles sales and marketing.

Erica Johnson is the Director of Operations. She's working on some fun new recipes, and manages ingredient sourcing and production.
