Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US.

How much does shipping cost?

Unlike larger online retailers, all of our shipments come from the same, small warehouse. We cover most of the cost of shipping, and charge a smaller, fixed fee based on how much it costs us to ship to you.
I want to send my order as a gift. Can you leave out the receipt?
First of all, that's so nice of you to send our drinks as gift. Thank you. But no need worry, we don't include the price of your order with any of our shipments.

When will my order arrive?

We're a small company doing our best to fulfill high demand. During normal times, we can usually get shipments out the door in 1-2 business days. This may take a bit longer during peak times (e.g., around the holidays), and lately as our warehouse partners take extra precautions to keep their staff safe.

Once your order has left our warehouse, transit times vary by location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use to follow your order until it is delivered.

Do I need to download the Shop app to track my order?

No.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please email orders@casamaraclub.com with "Change My Order" and your Order Number in the subject line, along with a clear description of what needs to be changed. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

For more information, please check out our Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

We are not able to accept returns at this time.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives after being damaged in transit, please reach out to orders@casamaraclub.com within 14 days of receiving the package, and attach a photo showing the damage. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded. We cannot guarantee refunds after 14 days.

My order shipped but never arrived. What do I do?

If your order has shipped but is taking a suspiciously long time to delivery, email us at orders@casamaraclub.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.

UPS Ground doesn't work for me. Can you ship via another method?

If you are unable to accept deliveries via UPS Ground (e.g., if you would like to use a PO Box), please email us at orders@casamaraclub.com and we'll see what we can do.

How do I pause, swap, or cancel my subscription?

Login to your account to pause, swap, or cancel your subscription.

I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?

If you're a current subscriber but are unable to login or reset your password, the most common issue is that you haven't created an account yet. You can do that here.

If that doesn't work, please email yourfriends@casamaraclub.com, and we'll figure it out together!

What happened to Capo?

A multinational spirits corporation threatened us with a lawsuit over our use of the name Capo. We thought they were wrong, but who has the time, energy, or money to play like that? That's why we changed the name to Como.

What is a leisure soda?

Don't overthink it.

What is amaro?

Amaro is a kind of Italian liqueur made from all sorts of botanicals, including citrus peels, herbs, roots, and spices. We call our drinks amaro club sodas because we take flavor inspiration from amaro to make a light and refreshing version, without the alcohol.

Does Casamara Club contain alcohol?

Casamara Club's flavors are inspired by Italian amaro, and we approach our recipes the same way any great bartender would, but our amaro club sodas are totally non-alcoholic.
Does Casamara Club help with hangovers?

We've heard from some people that our drinks can help with a hangover, but there isn't enough evidence to say for sure. The only way we can truly guarantee you won't get a hangover is if you drink our amaro club sodas instead of alcohol :)
Are you drinks safe during pregnancy?
We haven't received any certifications that our products are "pregnancy-safe," so we aren't comfortable making that call. What we can do is share more about our ingredients and process, so that you can make an informed decision with your health care professional.
Our drinks are made with sparkling water, lemon juice, sugar or honey, sea salt, and what most food/drinks makers would simply call "natural flavors." (See the next question for more on why we don't use the term "natural flavors" on our labels.) We know some people aren't comfortable eating or drinking anything with "natural flavors" or "natural essences" on the label, especially while pregnant, since it obscures the actual ingredients.
However, we source our ingredients carefully and are proud to share each one, in part because we know everyone has their own dietary needs. (You can find full ingredients lists for each drink on the back of the bottle, and on the page for each drink.)
One ingredient we've been asked about is our juniper extract, since Onda, Capo, and Alta each contain a few drops (<0.3mL). Sera does not contain any juniper.

Our drinks are made with sparkling water, lemon juice, cane sugar or honey, sea salt, and what most food/drinks makers label as "natural flavors." We know some people aren't comfortable eating or drinking anything with natural flavors or essences on the label, especially while pregnant, since it's never clear exactly what that means. That is why we opt for full transparency, and actually list out each of the ingredients we use. (You can find that information for each drink on the back of the bottle, and on our website.) I've been asked about our juniper extract, since Onda, Capo, and Alta each contain a few drops (<0.3mL). Sera does not contain any juniper.

What's your problem with "natural flavors"?

We only use real botanical extracts, and label them transparently, because we don't like the way "natural flavors" and "natural essences" are produced and labeled in the US.

Let's say your favorite grapefruit flavored seltzer has "natural grapefruit flavor" listed in the ingredients. That means the producer put some real grapefruit extract in there, but it's also been cut with dozens of other chemical compounds (which they don't have to tell you about) to make the end result cheaper and more consistent, and to make you crave more of it.
As long as those compounds are derived from "plants, meat, dairy, seafood, or anything else from nature," all they have to put on the label is "natural flavor."

Does using botanical extracts instead of natural flavors/essences make your product less consistent?

Yes, it can! We're proud of the fact that each of our botanical extracts may taste a bit different each time we produce it, based on all sorts of natural and agricultural forces that are totally outside of our control.

Producers of "natural flavors" control for variation by using whatever is cheap to maintain a consistent flavor profile. But that just seems boring.

Why do you add sugar/honey to your drinks?

Because it tastes good. Sugar-free sweeteners like aspartame, stevia, and monkfruit have never tasted that great to us. Sweetening with fruit juice alone can be delicious, but it can overpower the botanical notes we want to highlight.

We think a few grams of real sugar is a much cleaner, tastier way to add depth of flavor to the botanicals we're playing with.

How should I store your drinks?

While we prefer to drink them cold, you can store our soft drinks at room temperature.

Can I mix Casamara Club with alcohol?

Why not? We make our soft drinks to be enjoyed on their own, but we've had plenty of fun using them as mixers. Check out the Recipes page for some inspiration.

How can I find Casamara Club at my favorite shop/bar/restaurant?
