Full Flavor · Bittersweet Finish · Non-Alcoholic
A bittersweet, sunset-hued aperitivo built like a proper cocktail. 8oz format, cocktail-strength flavor.
Each botanical is extracted separately before blending. Italian chinotto, a bitter citrus grown along the Calabrian coast, opens bright and sharp alongside juniper. Orris root harvested from the roots of the iris flower provides a grounding, earthy bass note. Tart red currant lends acidity, not sweetness. Kola nut and allspice develop tannin structure. Bourbon-grade Madagascar vanilla rounds the finish.
Sweetened to 5° Brix (48 calories per 8oz can) with minimally processed Demerara cane sugar, pressed directly from sugar cane to retain molasses character and subtle mineral notes. Tastes like sitting at a Milan café at 6pm, watching the city shift gears.
Serve cold. Glass and garnish optional.
