Botanical Soda
Four flavors, one extra dry taste profile. Elevated in bottles, perfect for pairing and mixing.
Classic aperitivo aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of a Negroni—pink citrus bite, warm fruity spice—with the crisp, refreshing character of a sparkling wine.
Alpine citrus aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of a mountain amaro—cooling citrus, breezy wildflower, mentholated herbs—with the crisp, refreshing character of a northern Italian pilsner.
Coastal citrus aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of Sicilian amaro—leafy green sage, citrus, gentle bitterness—with the crisp, refreshing character of a dry white wine.
Apéro spritz aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of an apéro spritz—tart grapefruit, delicate spice—with the crisp, refreshing character of a dry sparkling rosé.
Serve cold. Everything else is optional.
We prefer to enjoy the cans as-is, but the bottles are carbonated a bit higher so we sometimes suggest pouring a bit into small, unfussy glassware. We especially like a highball, low tumbler, or Picardie.
Let the aromatics bloom as the temperature rises, and keep the bottle close so you can top off or share as you go.
Botanical Soda Highball
Start with your spirit of choice and ice at the bottom of your favorite small, unfussy glassware. Pour your soda down the wall of the glass, not directly over the ice.
These are the bottles, carbonated higher, which is what we prefer for mixing. Garnish with a citrus twist, matching the garnish to the flavor or using what you have on hand.
Use them in place of tonic if your G&T runs too sweet, or in a whiskey soda for more complexity.
Martini Soda
2 oz dry gin or vodka · ¾ oz dry vermouth · Onda, to top
Garnish: lemon twist
Add spirit and vermouth to an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with Onda, and stir gently.
Paloma
2 oz tequila · 1 oz grapefruit juice · ¾ oz lime juice · ½ oz simple syrup · Como, to top
Garnish: grapefruit wheel half
Add tequila, juices, and syrup to an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Como. Stir gently to combine.
Our botanical sodas' extra dry taste profile make each of them inherently versatile for mixing. We have yet to find a pairing that doesn't work. However, we find they go especially well with everything from pizza to oysters.
