Mountain amaro aromatics · Extra-dry finish · Non-Alcoholic
Alpine-style botanical soda with the flavor profile of a mountain amaro—cooling citrus, breezy wildflower, mentholated herbs—but the crisp, refreshing character of a northern Italian pilsner.
Mandarin orange, chamomile flower, peppermint leaf, licorice root (the actual root of the licorice plant, not the candy), grapefruit, juniper berry, clove bud, cardamom. Separately extracted, then balanced with lemon juice and orange blossom honey. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish.
Herbal and bright, built to refresh and cleanse the palate. The kind of thing you'd drink at a mountain hideaway alongside polenta and wild boar.
Serve cold. Glass and garnish optional.
