Alpine citrus aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of a mountain amaro—cooling citrus, breezy wildflower, mentholated herbs—with the crisp, refreshing character of a northern Italian pilsner.
Feels likePeeling oranges in the morning sun. Alpine blooms on a wild, minty breeze.

Serve cold. Everything else is optional.
We prefer to enjoy the cans as-is, but the bottles are carbonated a bit higher so we sometimes suggest pouring a bit into small, unfussy glassware. We especially like a highball, low tumbler, or Picardie.
Let the aromatics bloom as the temperature rises, and keep the bottle close so you can top off or share as you go.
Como Highball
Start with your spirit of choice and ice at the bottom of your favorite small, unfussy glassware. Pour your soda down the wall of the glass, not directly over the ice.
We prefer the bottles for mixing, because they are carbonated higher but cans will do. Garnish with a lime wheel.
We think Como mixes particularly well with tequila, for a margarita soda.
Mojito
3 mint leaves · ½ oz simple syrup · 2 oz white rum · ¾ oz lime juice · Como, to top
Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel
Gently muddle mint with simple syrup in a highball glass. Add rum, lime juice, and ice, and stir. Top with Como, stir gently.
Paloma
2 oz tequila · 1 oz grapefruit juice · ¾ oz lime juice · ½ oz simple syrup · Como, to top
Garnish: grapefruit wheel half
Add tequila, juices, and syrup to an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Como. Stir gently to combine.
Our botanical sodas' extra dry taste profile make each of them inherently versatile for mixing. We have yet to find a pairing that doesn't work. However, we find Como goes especially well with rich, fatty dishes like pork belly, duck confit, and aged cheese.

“I am already a fan of Negronis, so this non-alcoholic beverage is right in my wheelhouse. I treat myself to one after I finish exercising— but have been known to dig one out of the fridge for. No reason at all. Great product and wonderful service!”
