Four Italian amaro-inspired botanical sodas. Each starts with separately extracted botanicals, minimally processed in small batches, blended into recipes that suggest Italian amaro and cocktail flavors without replicating them entirely.
Extra-dry at 4g sugar per bottle. The same bitter-sweet-tart balance chefs and sommeliers look for in pairing wine—the acidity cuts through rich dishes, aromatics cleanse the palate, and minimal sweetness doesn't compete with what's on the plate. Refreshing like a pilsner, crisp like a dry sparkling wine.
ALTA - Italian style, classic aperitivo aromatics. Pink citrus bite with warm, fruity spice. Chinotto from Calabria meets juniper and orris root. Reminiscent of a Negroni.
COMO - Alpine style, mountain amaro aromatics. Cooling citrus with breezy wildflower notes. Chamomile and peppermint, mentholated and herbal.
ONDA - Sicilian style, coastal amaro aromatics. Coastal citrus with leafy green sage. Wild Mediterranean sage over lemon and chinotto.
SERA - Riviera style, apero spritz aromatics. Tart grapefruit with delicate spice. Ruby grapefruit and cinnamon, bracingly bitter.
Serve cold. Glass and garnish optional.
