Three destinations. One season.
A collection of three non-alcoholic botanical sodas balanced for cookouts, bonfires, and afternoon thunderstorms, each with an extra-dry finish that pairs with food rather than competing with it.
Each starts with separately extracted botanicals—citrus peels, roots, spices—so that we can blend them together precisely, component by component. Sweetened minimally at 4-5g per can, just enough to let the botanicals shine. Crisp and refreshing with the same balanced acidity as a pilsner or dry sparkling wine.
ISLA - Caribbean style. Blackstrap molasses, the darkest grade from final cane sugar extraction, provides depth over soft ginger and warm spice. Lime juice, ginger juice, Demerara cane sugar. Extracts of black strap molasses, bourbon Madagascar vanilla, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, black peppercorn, clove. Mediterranean sea salt for mineral finish. Tastes like late afternoon in Bridgetown—humid air, dark rum aging in the barrel house nearby.
SERA - Riviera style. Ruby grapefruit, tart and balanced with warm spice. Lemon juice, orange blossom honey. Extracts of grapefruit, cinnamon, rhubarb root, chinotto, allspice berry, anise. Mediterranean sea salt. Tastes like aperitivo hour on the Côte d'Azur—citrus groves sloping down to the sea.
FORA - Garden District style. Fresh strawberry kissed with hibiscus and rhubarb. Lemon juice, strawberry juice, Demerara cane sugar. Extracts of grapefruit peel, rhubarb root, black pepper, allspice berry, hibiscus flower, rose petal. Mediterranean sea salt. Strawberry that drinks like a dry rosé—tart, floral, more savory than sweet. Tastes like a New Orleans garden patio in late June.
This collection contains no juniper.
Serve cold. Glass and garnish optional.

Our Endless Summer collection contains three fantastic flavors that are perfect for your next summer cookout:
ISLA, our Caribbean style botanical soda with mellow ginger aromatics. We taste blackstrap molasses over soft ginger and spice, reminiscent of a Caribbean mule.
SERA, our Riviera style botanical soda with apero spritz aromatics. We taste tart, juicy grapefruit
and delicate spice notes.
FORA, our Garden District botanical soda with strawberry blossom aromatics. We taste lush strawberry kissed with hibiscus and rhubarb, reminiscent of a Red Drink.

- Drink straight from the bottle
- Pour into a nice glass over ice, and garnish with a little citrus peel. It can be nice to match your citrus garnish to the ingredients, but whatever you have on hand is okay.
- Use leisure soda in a G&T if tonic water is too sweet, or in a whiskey soda if you like a bit more flavor.
- Our friends who run nice restaurants say they are very easy to pair with food, because they have a good balance of tart, sweet, and bitter flavors.
