Fora
Strawberry season on a shady porch. An old ceiling fan spinning slowly.
Strawberry blossom aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of a summer celebration—lush strawberry, hibiscus, rhubarb—with the crisp, refreshing character of a dry rosé. Explore our other flavors →

Serve cold. Everything else is optional.
We prefer to enjoy the cans as-is, but we sometimes suggest pouring a bit into small, unfussy glassware. We especially like a highball, low tumbler, or Picardie.
Let the aromatics bloom as the temperature rises, and keep the can close so you can top off or share as you go.
Fora Highball
Start with your spirit of choice and ice at the bottom of your favorite small, unfussy glassware. Pour your soda down the wall of the glass, not directly over the ice.
Fora comes in cans only, and they will do just fine. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
We think Fora mixes particularly well with white rum, for a strawberry daiquiri soda.
Daiquiri Soda
1.5 oz rum · 1 oz simple syrup · ¾ oz lime juice · Fora, to top
Garnish: lime wheel, strawberry (optional)
Add rum, syrup, and lime to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe, and top with Fora.
For a strawberry daiquiri soda, muddle 4–5 strawberries in the cocktail shaker before adding other ingredients.
Our botanical sodas' extra dry taste profile make each of them inherently versatile for mixing. We have yet to find a pairing that doesn't work. However, we find Fora goes especially well with salads, fresh cheese, and fruit-based desserts.
