Riviera-style botanical soda — apero spritz, SERA — single can
Riviera Style Botanical Soda

Apéro spritz aromatics with an extra dry finish. Flavor is reminiscent of an apéro spritz—tart grapefruit, delicate spice—with the crisp, refreshing character of a dry sparkling rosé.

Feels likeThe sea goes dark under a warm, pink twilight sky. Street lamps flicker on.

A Riviera old town glowing at dusk
Street lamps against a pink twilight sky
A quiet harbor at dusk, lamps just lit

Serve cold. Everything else is optional.

We prefer to enjoy the cans as-is, but the bottles are carbonated a bit higher so we sometimes suggest pouring a bit into small, unfussy glassware. We especially like a highball, low tumbler, or Picardie.

Let the aromatics bloom as the temperature rises, and keep the bottle close so you can top off or share as you go.

  • “I am already a fan of Negronis, so this non-alcoholic beverage is right in my wheelhouse. I treat myself to one after I finish exercising— but have been known to dig one out of the fridge for. No reason at all. Great product and wonderful service!”
